For three magical evenings the Hartley Theatre became a storm-tossed island, as our senior drama company staged a bold, music-driven interpretation of Shakespeare’s final play.
Forty-five learners were involved across acting, lighting, set construction and front of house — a reminder that a school production is really a small village pulling in one direction.
Tickets for all three performances sold out within a week of going on sale, and the standing ovation on closing night was thoroughly deserved.
